Bring your own yoga mat and join in a Hatha Yoga session with some strengthening exercises and plenty of room for relaxation. All welcome.
This weekly yoga session is held in the Community Room (below the main car park). A AUD10 donation is recommended.
Woody (Paul Wood) is Yoga instructor trained in India in the Guru Kulu system. His emphasis is to bring flexibility to body, spirit and mind. Woody enjoys light hearted but focused classes that lead participants into a meditative space. He has been practicing Yoga and Martial Arts for over 10 years.
Established 1974, Chenrezig Institute is a centre for Buddhist study, meditation, retreat and practice nestled in the foothills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The Institute is home to a Tibetan Geshe (Lama), a large community of ordained Sangha (monks and nuns), students, residents, volunteers, retreat goers and guests.
