About Bellevue Dining Room:
Tucked away in Paddington's Bellevue Hotel, you'll find the Bellevue Dining Room under the direction of Bistro Moncur's Executive Chef Damien Pignolet and Head Chef Jason Roberts. The room is light and airy by day, cosy and intimate by night. In addition to classic pub fare like the Crumbed Lamb Cutlets with Mashed Potatoes and Minted Peas and the Corned Wagyu Silverside with White Sauce, you'll also find delicious modern dishes such as Gremolata Crusted Suzuki Mulloway Cutlet with Slow Roasted Beetroot, Curry Leaf and Mustard Seed Butter. The menu changes with the seasons, there are daily specials and an affordable wine list. The service is friendly, attentive and unfussed... bookings are recommended.
